Using any data software that you prefer (Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, etc), create a table that lists out the schools and programs you are applying to and all of the relevant details.
Add columns for things you need for your application and important deadlines. Some schools might require more letters or need a longer personal statement. By keeping track of each application and what you need to prepare, it can help you prioritize which ones to accomplish first. This can also be personalized to add financial aid details and scholarship information. Assigning references to your applications can also allow you to give a list of applications to your referees in advance so they know what their anticipated workload will be.
